'Game of Thrones' - Season 3 - Trailer Released titled 'Enemies'

A new 'Enemies' titled promo for the third season of "Game of Thrones" has been released by HBO.

HBO's original series Game of Thrones Season 3 is set to premiere on March 31, 2013. A new 30 second preview trailer has been released titled "Enemies."

Summers span decades. Winters can last a lifetime. And the struggle for the Iron Throne has begun. It will stretch from the south, where heat breeds plots, lust and intrigues; to the vast and savage eastern lands; all the way to the frozen north, where an 800-foot wall of ice protects the kingdom from the dark forces that lie beyond. Kings and queens, knights and renegades, liars, lords and honest men...all will play the 'Game of Thrones.'
The third season premieres on March 31 at 9 p.m. on HBO.

Author George R. R. Martin will appear in 'Game of Thrones' - Season 3.

"If I wanted to kill you, do you think I'd let a wooden door stop me?" Cersei really has mastered the art of intimidation in a polite tone. Or maybe it's just the accent. Either way, it looks like we have more of Lena Headey's fantastic performance in the role to look forward to when Game of Thrones returns later this month. And that's just one on a list of other things we love about the series. There really is nothing quite like Game of Thrones on television right now, is there? Sure, fantasy has its place on the small screen, but the HBO drama takes that to the next level, thanks in part of its writers, its budget, its incredible cast, and of course, to the source material provided by George R.R. Martin from his Song of Ice and Fire series. To say that the show has strong female characters would be an understatement. The latest preview for the series (above) is evidence of that, with glimpses of the intimidating Cersei Lannister, and the determined Daenerys among the featured characters. With Game of Thrones set to return for Season 3 on March 31, we're seeing more and more of the series in promos and trailers. The second official trailer for the season focused on war, as did one of the two other recent previews. Given that war is a recurring theme, that's hardly a major spoiler. The fight for the throne is far from over and all signs point to another explosive season when the series returns.
