Galaxy Note 510 officially available on Samsung India eStore

Now, the tablet Galaxy Note 510 is officially available on the Samsung India eStores for Rs. 30,900. Samsung has started taking pre-orders for the Galaxy Note 510 (GT-N51000) last week.

The Galaxy Note 8.0 is the second tablet from Samsung to include the S-Pen, which means that the tab comes pre-loaded with a host of S-Pen optimized apps that include S Note, S Planner, Email with hand-writing integration, Quick Command, Easy Clip, Photo Note, Paper Artist, Air View, Popup Note, Popup Video, Shape Match, Formula Match, and Idea Sketch. The tablet also comes with Samsung software customisations like Smart Stay, Direct Call, Page Buddy / Tag Buddy / Word Buddy Easy Clip, Photo Note, Paper Artist, Air View, Popup Note, Popup Video, Shape Match, Formula Match, and Idea Sketch. The biggest feature is that it can accommodate SIM cards (micro SIM) and can be used as a phone too for voice calling, though we are not big fans of making calls with by slapping a 8-inch display against our cheeks. Samsung is currently only selling the White version of the tablet in the country. Although the black variant of Note 8.0 was spotted in the wild not so long ago, it is still not official. Samsung has priced this smartphone heavily at Rs. 30900 as the 16 GB iPad mini Wi-Fi+cellular model costs Rs. 29900, which can't make calls and isn't a stylus optimized UI. With the 3G version of the Nexus 7 priced at Rs 21,900 (~$413), the Rs 30,900(~$583) price point of this smartphone is a little steep, but falls in the same range as the cost of the 8-inch iPad Mini in the country. Micromax has a way to surprise us again. We knew already that the company was working on a phone with 3D display, but we were expecting it to be priced at around Rs 15,000. That won't be the case though, as Micromax has decided to launch A115 Canvas 3D in India for a price tag of just Rs 9,999. While the phone offers a 3D viewing experience, it does not need 3D Glasses to view its content, providing the user a hassle free experience.

The Device will cost Rs. 7850. The device with 4-inch WVGA display runs on Android 4.0 and is powered by 1GHz dual-core processor. It has 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory storage. The dual-SIM Idea Whiz sports 5-megapixel auto-focus rear camera and VGA front camera. It comes with 1500 mAh battery, which can give 12.5 hours of talktime on 2G and 8.5 hours on 3G. The launch of the dual sim phone comes on the back of the release of several other 3G smartphones over the last one year, including the Idea Zeal, Idea Ivory, Idea Aurus, ID 918 and Idea Blade.
